What is it
An Air experience day where the scouts will have the chance to gain Stage 3 of the Air Activities badge including a 20 minute approx. flight experience
This is the first of two sessions we have booked this year (The second session will be on Sunday 15th July)
Where is it
We will be travelling to Cambridge Gliding Centre, Longstowe Road, Great Gransden SG19 3 EB by Mini Bus
What will the be doing
Throughout the day they will cover stage 3 of the Aur Activities badge including using scalpels to make a model glider that “usually” fly
What to bring
As well as pack lunch and snacks they will need to arrive and leave in FULL uniform including Scarf. As it is a long day they may also want to bring extra snacks and non-fizzy drinks
